Website Design

Your website is often the first point of contact that a prospective new customer/client/patient has with you or your company. It is your opportunity to present yourself to the world in a way that captures your unique vision, your services, your philosophy, or your mission.

A fantastic website is key to your marketing plan. It isn’t cost-effective to spend money on Google Ads or SEO only to send people to an unimpressive website. A website that draws people in and makes them feel moved to call, schedule, buy, etc. is an investment that pays off in the long run.

Working With Us On Your New Site Design

What is the Process?

When we work with you on a new website, it starts with a conversation about your ideas and goals. If you already have a logo or color scheme, we’ll work with that. If you have specific things you like or don’t like about other websites (including ones we’ve designed), we encourage you to share that with us.

If you don’t have a clear vision for a new site design, don’t worry. We’ll take your thoughts and ideas from our conversation and use that as our guide. Rest assured that we’ll ask plenty of questions to help us pinpoint the right direction to go.

You’ll notice that our design samples above all look different. That’s because no two clients are alike. Muted colors and rounded edges might capture the feel of your business, whereas our last client may have loved vibrant, bright colors and geometric patterns. Our goal is to create a website that represents what you want. To us, it’s the best response when a client sees his or her new website and says, “You really captured my taste!”

All written content is custom and personalized. We do not duplicate text across websites, and we never use AI to generate it. This approach is important in two major ways. First, when it comes to search engine optimization (SEO), it’s important that search engines see your content as unique and not duplicated across the web. Having unique text will give you much better marketing results. Second, the words on your site affect the way visitors feel when they read it. People can tell when something reads as cookie-cutter or robotic. You will have more success if your site has effective and easy-to-read text that is representative of you and your business.

Web Videos

Eric and Hallie also own Fireshoe, a company which produces marketing videos, commercials, and feature films.

A video can add a personal touch to your website and give you an opportunity to showcase yourself and your business. Website videos can be visually exciting and set your site apart from others.

However, we only recommend featuring a promotional video on your website if you have the budget for a professional shoot, as the quality of the video will be a reflection of your business. If you don’t have the budget for a full-scale production, depending on your industry, you can often still take advantage of using more casual videos for other purposes, such as social media or video blogs. Those types of videos often look great if you shoot them on an iPhone.

Don’t hesitate to ask us for tips or advice about videos or social media marketing!
