CALYPSO is easy to fix.

1. Open Calypso.

2. Click ACCOUNTS on the left. It should be just below your mailbox icon and just above your address book icon.

3. Now double-click your ACCOUNT on the right of the screen. This will bring up the PROPERTIES for this account. (You may have more than one account in Calypso, if you do, you need to repeat steps 4 through 7 for each one)

4. Click the MAIL SERVER tab.

5. Change the AUTHENTICATION METHOD in the middle of the page to:

USE POP ACCOUNT

6. Click OK.

7. That's it.
