You can use many different email programs such as: Outlook, Calypso,
etc.

Each program will be a little different but the settings will
remain the same. The settings below are necessary to successfully
setup your account.
- Choose POP3 from the drop down list
- The incoming mail (POP3) server is mail.goldspace.com
- The outgoing mail (SMTP) server is mail.goldspace.com
- You can also use your ISP's outgoing mail server (SMTP)
and in some cases this is the only option that will work. You
should contact your ISP to determine what they require.
- When setting up your SMTP server, make sure you choose the
option to AUTHENTICATE (or login to send messages). You will
use the same login and password from your POP3 account.
NOTE: This step maynot apply if you are using your ISP's
outgoing mail server (SMTP).
- Your USERNAME: yourname/yourdomain.com
If you use the ONLINE EMAIL system to check your mail, you may
want to consider setting your email up using IMAP as your account
type. This will ensure that all your email from your email program
such as Outlook, Calypso, etc. will be syncronized with your ONLINE
EMAIL.
VERY IMPORTANT: The online email system is strictly
intended for remote access and we do not recommend using it as
your only tool for viewing email. If our system crashes, you could
lose online email that you have been saving. We do not guarantee
against data loss. Please take precautions and backup your local
email programs and files.
